This Privacy Policy applies to all apps owned and operated by INTELLURA L.L.C-FZ, including:

• INTELLURA AI Coach

• Harmony Life Log

• INTELLURA VPN

• INTELLURA Kids

• INTELLURA Translate

• And all future applications published by INTELLURA L.L.C-FZ

By using any INTELLURA application (“Services”), you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Data We Collect (App-Specific Details)

1.1 INTELLURA AI Coach (Wellness App)

The app collects limited device information used only for wellness and lifestyle features.
INTELLURA AI Coach does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Data Collected

• Activity Recognition Data

Used to detect motion (walking/running) and calculate daily step counts.
Not used for advertising or tracking.

• Approximate Location (Optional)

Used only when step tracking or distance estimation is enabled.
Not used for background tracking or advertising.

• Microphone / Audio Input (Optional)

Used solely to process real-time voice commands.
No audio is stored or shared.

• Body Sensors (Optional)

Used to read available device signals such as motion or heart rate (if supported).
Not intended for medical use.

Data Storage

• Stored securely in the user’s Supabase account.

• All records protected with encryption and Row-Level Security.

Data Sharing

No data is sold or transferred to third parties.

User Rights

Users can delete their data or close their account anytime.

1.2 Harmony Life Log (Health & Lifestyle Tracker)

Data Collected

• Steps, distance, activity recognition

• Sleep tracking data

• Heart rate (optional)

• Lab report OCR images (processed securely)

• User-entered health notes

Data Storage

• Data stored locally or in encrypted Supabase storage.

• OCR uploads are deleted after processing.

No Medical Use Disclaimer

This app provides general wellness information and is not a medical device.

1.3 INTELLURA VPN

Data Collected

• VPN server selection

• Connection timestamps

• Basic diagnostic logs (crash reports)

Data NOT Collected

INTELLURA VPN is a strict no-logs service.

1.4 INTELLURA Kids

Data Collected

• Anonymous gameplay analytics (non-personal)

Compliant with child-safety regulations.

1.5 INTELLURA Translate

Data Collected

• Text you input for translation

• Optional speech input (real-time processing only)

Data NOT Stored

• No translation history is saved

• No audio files are uploaded or stored

2. What We DO NOT Collect (Applies to All INTELLURA Apps)

Across all applications, we do NOT collect or access:

• Contacts

• Photos or videos (unless user selects them manually)

• SMS or call logs

• Device identifiers

• Precise location

• Biometric data

• Advertising IDs for data sharing

• Any data for sale or monetization

We never sell or share personal data.

3. How We Use Data

Data is used exclusively to provide the following:

• App features and core functionality

• Step counting and wellness insights

• AI coaching responses

• Translation processing

• VPN connection delivery

• Performance improvements

• Crash detection and security

No data is used for advertising profiling.

4. How Data Is Stored

Depending on the app:

• Data may remain on-device only, OR

• Stored in encrypted Supabase cloud storage (when syncing is enabled)

6. Children’s Privacy

Only INTELLURA Kids targets children.
It collects zero personal information and complies with:

• Google Play Families

• Apple Kids Category

• COPPA

No ads targeting children are used.

7. Media & Camera Access (Google Play Photo Picker Compliance)

Some INTELLURA apps (e.g., Harmony Life Log) allow users to select an image (e.g., profile photo or lab report).

We Guarantee:

• We only access the image you manually select

• We never scan your gallery

• Uploaded images are encrypted in Supabase

• You may delete them at any time

Fully compliant with:
✔ Google Play Photo Picker Policy
✔ Sensitive Media Permissions (2024+ standard)
✔ Android 13+ API restrictions

8. Data Sharing & Third Parties

INTELLURA does not share, sell, or transfer personal data to external parties.
The only third parties used are infrastructure providers such as:

• Supabase (encrypted storage)

• Google Play Services (crash analytics)

• Apple Services (delivery)

All follow strict privacy and data protection rules.

9. Your Rights

Users may request:

• Access to their data

• Correction of data

• Permanent deletion

• Withdrawal of consent

Requests can be submitted via email.
